If you would like to return an item purchased via our website, please fill out the Returns Form included in your order delivery or contact us at play@racquetsocialclub.com to receive a new returns form.
Complete this form + return it to us along with the item. You can return item/s within 14 days of receiving your original order, providing it meets our terms & conditions for returns, which include;
Return postage is at the expense of the purchaser.
The item must be received;
- Clean, Unworn, Unwashed + Not Damaged.
- Free of stains from makeup + any other products.
- With tags in tact.
- Generally in the order to which it was received.
Once the item is received, we will review it + if it meets the criteria outlined above, we will issue a refund within 7 days. You will be notified by email once your item has been approved to be returned + again once the refund has been made.
If returns are received outside of the 14 day return period or in a condition that does not meet the criteria above, they will be rejected + returned to the purchaser.
The items are the responsibility of the purchaser until they arrive at our returns department. Please select a secure method of return shipping + ensure that the items are packed/wrapped appropriately.
Items can be exchanged for a different size or a different colour. Items cannot be exchanged for another product. In the event that you wish to do this, a refund will be processed for your original purchase + you will need to create a new transaction for the new product.
If an item has a major or serious problem, you are entitled to a refund, or exchange, or ask for compensation for any drop in the value of the item.
An item has a major problem when:
(a) a reasonable consumer would not have bought the goods if they had known about the problem;
(b) the goods are significantly different from the description, sample or demonstration model shown;
(c) the item is substantially unfit for its normal purpose and cannot easily be made fit within a reasonable time; or
(d) the item is unsafe; and
